Refund policy

Payments for Prelaunch Lab Pro and the Fest Pass are handled by Paddle, our reseller, who also processes refunds.

14 days, no questions asked

Within 14 days of a payment (a Pro month or a Fest Pass) you can ask for a full refund of that payment, without giving a reason. Pro or the Fest Pass ends when the refund is made.

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel Pro at any time on the Account page ("Manage billing"). It stays active until the end of the month you've paid for and isn't renewed. Months older than 14 days aren't refunded pro rata.

Fest Pass

The Fest Pass is a one-time payment of $39 for 90 days of Pro. It doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your Paddle receipt, use Paddle's customer portal (Account page → "Manage billing"), or write to hello@prelaunchlab.dev with the email address you bought with.
